   Politics is about *appearances* more than any
   realities.

   If I hear "probationary" I think some Gen-Z/A2
   dink kinda part-time drones who don't deserve
   any consideration.

   Um, WHY so many <1yr people ??? Sounds like a Joe
   initiative to reinforce the bureaucracy/deep-state.
