Turns out, in order to upgrade to the latest qBitTorrent on win10,
(for its "Search" features) I had to:
1. Search for "Python 3.6" folders & delete them.
2. Install "Python 3.12".
3. Find "py.exe" & copy it to "Python" (flat, no extension).
