Cette proposition intéressante, mais fausse, a complètement fait dévier le courant de la pensée humaine. Römer n'a pas compris que c'était là la découverte du premier effet relativiste : il a pensé à un simple Doppler traditionnel : un peu comme la transmission du son dans l'air. Ca n'a pourtant rien à voir, même si l'équation semble la même. R.H.
