It strips them. I'm not sure whether this is the Right Thing; it seems 
like there'd be some value and no particular harm in passing X- headers 
through unchanged, but keeping only a strict list of allowed headers 
makes things simpler with regard to avoiding bugs and ensuring articles 
are correctly-formed.
