I'm pretty sure it's an AI. You can tell because it misses the point. 
The Doctor isn't tired, as the AI assumed. He's covering his face in 
shame and needs time to live it down. :\

There's also some nonsense like "the sky is moon," which sounds like a 
pretty image but doesn't actually mean anything. Perfect rhyme, flawless 
scansion, and no soul.
