Also sex - besides endorphins and otherwise exercising
the pituitary and other glands, in males the urogenital
tract is a key drain for the lymphatic, that exercise
and sex help with diet and an alkalizing diet and
for legumes, nuts, mushrooms, to complement white meat
and fish, that there's "use it or lose it", and then
also to avoid environmental irritants and pollutants
like microplastics, chemical fragrances or deodorants,
radio waves, solvents, xenohormones, then besides
pumping the feet often to help pump the heart and
rest of the circulatory system, also the lymphatic
system, and to keep glands functional and don't do drugs.

I'd be sympathetic to hear of your troubles,
though I want none of them.

At least there's a theory where it's possible that a
logical theory exists for mathematical foundations with
a strong mathematical platonism and strengthened logicist
positivism, about modern accounts of theory.

I'm not sure how plaque-busters can help with regards
to things like resin bile-sequestrants and making a
natural and water-soluble diet, and exercising the
lymphatic flow and usually digestion and excretion,
and furthermore about metal detoxification and as
well about the blood-brain barrier and lymph and glymph.

Things like activated charcoal can help yet though
also their detoxification effect interferes with some drugs.

I'm not a medical doctor in the usual sense of the word,
yet it's your right to treat yourself however you see fit.
