 Here is a summary:

 * French: Added ‘transform values’ for punctuation.space.
 * Pashto: Persian and Islamic calendars (which fixes an error, too).
 * Fixes:
   - Uyghur hyphenation mechanism stopped working.
   - The Hebrew calendar converter raised an error.
