Furtwängler is actually quite good... at least now I understand his
fame... I mean I think he is better than all the others I mentioned
probably... except for Mengelberg and Celibidache, oh and probably
Nikisch (only wrt phrasing, sound quality is horrible) -- but
sometimes... he is just too much... or maybe not... anyways top 3
Beethoven conductor imo.
