Like in some ways you can stretch Mozarts Bachs Schuberts and Brahms
music and it becomes more interesting — even making time stand still ^^

And when you stretch Beethoven’s music to illuminate everything — it is
very dull… and it’s shit if you do it like mengelberg or Schnabel - and
if you do it like mengelberg and Schnabel but still manage to match the
sounds of the different instruments together.. I think it would be even
worse than how mengelberg and Schnabel did it…
