Get it into your head that they refuse to do it. Intentionally. They 
have said so. Integrity of data reasons, for auditability.

If you are a competent programmer you can study the structure of the 
files and create a program to erase entries from inside the files. 
Nobody has created that software, to my knowledge. Why?
