Of course he did. He's a Democrat. He's not *allowed* to call them 
illegals. That would 'hate speech' or some other "-ism" or "phobia".

But by the numbers he cited, it's obvious to whom he was referring, at 
least to anyone who isn't either being purposely disingenuous or doesn't 
have the IQ of a rutabaga.
