I have no idea. I haven't been to San Francisco in several years. But 
they flew it for 60 years. If it was the appalling affront to democracy, 
apple pie, and tiny, tiny babies that you act like it is, why were the 
good little progs of San Francisco flying it over the sacred halls of 
government there for more than a half a century?
