Once again, he was letting illegals invade by the millions for THREE AND 
A HALF YEARS before the bill even existed.

Biden spent the first three and a half years of his presidency letting 
millions of illegals flood into the country. Not just standing aside and 
letting it happen, which would have been bad enough, but actively 
assisting them in violating U.S. law. If there was a barrier that was 
stopping them, he sent construction crews down to clear it away so that 
they could more easily violate U.S. law.

No president has ever done something so appalling.
