Yes, it did. Both Trump and Biden violated the law by absconding with 
classified documents. Biden even shared them with the writer who 
ghost-wrote his book, someone who had no clearance at all, let alone the 
TS-SCI clearance necessary to receive that information.

They should both be held accountable, but the DOJ let Biden off the hook 
by declaring him an unprosecutable vegetable. So as long as Biden is 
going to skate, it's only fitting that Trump does so as well.
