Thanks to Steam transaction history where most of my gaming purchases
have been made since 2007 or so, it was not as easy as I'd like it to
be to work out, but not too bad.  I needed to clean up a lot of shit
in a a spreadsheet (balancing negative amounts due to refunds against
positive).

Overall it came out to a little under $20 a month over an 18 year time
period.  I might have had more fun automating the spreadsheet editing
than I did playing most of the games listed as paid on it.

There have been a few outside of Steam purchases over the years, like
RDR2 from Rockstar store direct (the "special horse" I got from that
turned out to be a fantastic decision that I went into skeptical), a
few purchases from Blizzard etc over the years but its nothing that
would put the average over $20 a month.

Overall honestly that's pretty cheap entertainment given what I got
out of it.  Especially up against shopping allowances for instagram
models, the weekend hotel and travel they liked, and all of the other
shit I've fucked away money on.

I suppose our resident troll might have something to say about all of
this.  And, if that's the case I'll make a decision on whether to
fully dox him here and now and at other life impact points, as I know
who he is and if he turns the clock back a few years I think he knows
I know who he is.
