I've been buying imitation crab salad. It's mostly imitation crab with
mayo. Simple. It's not bad.

I'm not a big fan of kamaboko though. If I have some in a bowl of
noodles, I'll try to get the wife or kids to eat it. The kids like it
because it's red and white. I made a bowl of saimin noodles for my
granddaughter and put kamaboko in it - lots of kamaboko.
