There was zero risk for you, you could've bailed out at the very first
time I failed to comply. I don't believe that you're actually so
stupid not to have understood that. 

No, you simply couldn't bear to give up your SOP, which is to attack

Errr, <eyeroll> She's not my clone. She doesn't follow me around and
do whatever I do, and I wouldn't like it if she did. (IOW, I'm not
like you) Maybe your wife does that, (bless her heart) but my wife has
a life of her own. She stays up late, often reads past when I've
already gotten up. Our together time starts in the late morning when
she gets up and lasts until around eight PM when I go to bed. 

I wouldn't live with a woman wasn't as individualistic as I am. I did
that once and it didn't work out for either of us.
