Valley itself have a water-vein. We could gather sources from variou
springs, or even relocate an entire river.
Point is that we have the issue of flooding, and DV is one of thos
perfect places to displace water. If they wanted they could flood th
place in seconds via a slow moving stream if they wanted to. Als
everyday pipes are being laid. It woul
be an ideal community and everybody would have water-front property
