Arindam's working model of a new design rail gun does launch a
projectile heavy enough to prove Arindam's discovery that the force
pushing it has no equal and opposite reaction thus showing the proper
path to space conquest, and plenty of other applications.

Too many penisninos like Pennino here in high places, to obstruct
progress. Nothing unusual that. Hopefully President Trump will take a
fresh look. He certainly must ask the CIA etc. to look into it, repeat
the experiment, verify Arindam's findings. Then fire, sack, boot out
lots and lots of penisnanos obstructing progress.
