   Heh ... I was flying a little plane on what swiftly
   became kinda IFR conditions when an F-18 suddenly
   blasted by, 100' or less, at about 400 knots. If
   better weather I coulda made out his face. Under the
   conditions, all I could do is get on UNICOM and
   say "F-18 pilot, keep an eye on your radar !"

   It was probably intentional - fighter-jock fun.
