Any special dinner plans tonight on this 81st anniversary
of the Normandy invasion?

Nothing special here, but I did pick up a tray of sushi
at the grocery store deli section. They have a person
in that area making it fresh everyday so I indulged and
just wolfed it down about 15 minutes ago. Yum!

It was a bit early for me to be eating but I also bought
a package of beef bologna! If I should have any stomach
growling later this evening I can fry some up. It took
a bit of searching through all the bologna offerings to
find ONE brand that didn't include chicken. Shudder!
Unfortunately, it's not thick cut, but I can just double
up on the slices to fry. Spicy brown mustard is standing
by as well.
