   Um ... don't think any made it off the planet. The
   tech waste that'd be involved developing that kind
   of tech infrastructure would STILL be obvious.

   But as I implied, 'tech' as we tend to think of it
   may not be an indicator of intelligence. Diff
   environs, diff facts, pointy stone bits and such
   may not have been much needed.
