	No. There was massive corruption. It was "installed" by the
previous government, (Fernando Henrique Cardoso) and still is used to
finance right wing politicians. It's very hard to get rid of decades
of right wing corruption/dictatorship.
	No PT member received a penny.
	The Intercept did a pretty good investigation.
