 Sur usenet surtout. 

 Mais c'est une technique fort connue, et très prisée, de la 
manipulation.

"Mon interlocuteur est fou, mon interlocuteur est alcoolique, mon 
interlocuteur est idiot, mon interlocuteur est nazi". 

On discrédite l'interlocuteur qui n'existe donc plus au niveau d'une 
discussion égale. 

Ca évite de répondre aux questions.

Ca marche du feu de Dieu à la maison, dans les forums, et dans les 
rapports entre états. 

"Mon ennemi est méchant, il mange les petits bébés vivants,
 après les avoir sortis des couveuses par un temps de -15°C dehors".
