I do the frozen stuff in the bag in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Cut the bag open, dump it into a microwave safe bowl, CorningWare is my choice, a bit of salt and several cubes of cheese. Back into the microwave, covered, for about two minutes and the cheese is melted. Stir, plate, eat, perfecto.
