In fact the Arago spot shows that light is deflected
as if it's omni-directional, yet geometric, and optical.

An idea of a "Fresnel large lensing" can go together
with helping explain that Newton's Mercury precession
was off and Einstein's Mercury precession was only
half off and why it's on.
