Added -T parameter for Tor usage.

Example:

$ echo -n 'Hello world.' | minicrypt stefan.pem | nekoweb -T msg/12.txt
Response: Files uploaded

$ nekoweb -T -d https://pollux.nekoweb.org/msg/12.txt \
| minicrypt -d stefanp.pem
Hello world.
