True.  You didn't say they were in financial trouble.  You IMPLIED
that an empty parking lot is an indication that it had been abandoned
by the previous occupants.  You also added some implications about
nearby buildings with "For Sale" signs.  You also didn't provide the
full address of the alleged empty Abbott building.  Instead, you
provided two building numbers in one posting, several streets in other
postings, and never connected the dots:
