  Speed Limit on Rural Interstates (MPH)           70 (55 for trucks)
  Speed Limit on Urban Interstates (MPH)           65 (55 for trucks)
  Speed Limit on Other Limited Access Roads (MPH)  70 (55 for trucks)

I'll assume that you carry a radar speed gun to measure the "actual
speeds".
