Rather saturated towers. I don't remember it happening to me, maybe the symptom on the phone is "no signal" or a busy tone. Maybe phones can not register with the existing towers. What I have seen done over here, on some outside events with thousands of people coming, is that the main mobile phone companies come and install a van with a portable tower, for extra coverage. -- Cheers, Carlos.
