I wrote a mIRC script, years ago, to do integer division, when the
internal calculation functions didn't do what I needed.  I don't need
to be lectured about some coding skillz dicksizing shit.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
