I used to put walks and kayaking on Garmin, but I quit bothering with that. Nowdays, it's just my bicycling. Although my wife rides her Catrike on rollers, I never have done that. I'm 80 years old, so although I can still ramp the Catrike up to 20 MPH on level ground, it doesn't last long. Most of my rides nowdays average between 11 and 14 MPH, depending on my state of mind and the weather. I never used to have trouble with heat and humidity, but the last several rides in 90+ degrees took a lot out of me. Lots of rain this week. Possible ride early Tuesday. -- C'est bon Soloman
