I understand the claim that Thunderbolt's speed is comparable to
internal's.  I accept it, even.  It doesn't magically make an external
drive internal.

protection of the laws.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
