I'd read a book and see the little men running back and forth on the lines of text. That was then I knew I had to start cutting back. ;-) The thing was, I never actually got that /good/ at the game. It's one of those games I've never finished (I got to about level 50 before inevitably getting stuck on some difficult part and running out of lives). It didn't help that the game lacked any save capability, so you'd have to restart from the beginning every time.
