(I am in The > Netherlands.) Yes. In USA and Canada, the phone line gets a name for the caller, sent somehow dynamically from the calling phone. On land lines at least. There is a service to define what name you want to send when making a phone call. In Europe, you only get a name if you write it yourself in your local contact list. -- Cheers, Carlos.
