They don't really need any ankle bracelets since he's got the Secret
Service protection. Plus he's not likely to skip the country. Most
likely he would get home confinement to Mar-A-Largo which isn't really
home confinement. Other than his inability to travel to do rallys.
It's not like being confined to a 2 bedroom home.
