If you're talking about that schmaltzy poem, Hutt, you wheezing gasbag,
it's not inscribed on the statue. It's embossed on a plaque hung in a side
hallway inside the pedestal, almost as if it was nothing more than an
afterthought. It's certainly not the basis for United States immigration
policy.
