I actually checked the client before I wrote the above, but I didn't see the option. <Opens Galaxy again, searches more diligently> Ah, there it is. Click the "gear" icon in upper left corner, click "add games & friends" on the menu that pops up, and it's one of the options ("Redeedm GOG code") on the sub-menu. Why, it's perfectly obvious once you know exactly where to look! ;-) (But it is not like any of the other competing clients really make it any easier. Its almost like they don't WANT you to add games you purchased through another service, but would prefer you do all your shopping through their storefront. Weird, that. ;-P )
