You need a password and username.(get that by emailing ET and confirming their email reply to you). Once you have that, connect to news.eternal-september.org using SSL and port 563. Then you need to download a list of all available newsgroups. Select rec.bicycles.tech from the list and subscribe. Then you can "get all available headers" for the group.
