There is a little bit about using a continuation register in section 5.1 
for using a register machine with recursion for factorials and fibonaccis. 
It's been way too long and I don't have a clue what is going on in the 
examples. I don't even remember what car and cdr are about other than they 
were opcodes from a long dead machine.
