Every year I would get an alert from MasterCard about suspicious activity when the 10 Euro charge hit. I would approve it and life went on. C'n'B folded eventually and now they use PayPal so it goes much smoother. It keeps me in tune with exchange rates. It used to be about US$ 15, but now it's $10.92. When the EU gets through screwing around it might become a real bargain.
