So, possibly, Davos and this group is the headquarter of the 'New World 
Order' (aka 'The Great Reset').

Actually I don't think so, because this groups is too small and Klaus 
Schwab not a particulairly carismatic leader.

(Possibly the headquaters is in Geneva.)
