A bit of an exaggeration, I think (and hope). Dragging his feet over 
nominating a Prime Minister is worrying, certainly, but maybe he's 
hoping to avoid a débacle that might result from having a minority 
government that will certainly lose a vote of no confidence within a 
short time of governing.
