Yeah and I remember when if you weren't military they gave you your position accurate down to 100 meters. Lifting SA was one of the few worthwhile things the Zipper did. But remember the government giveth and the government taketh away. I doubt that would ever happen with SA; too much of the government uses COTS GPS receivers. I have an operational Garmin II. The granularity is a tenth of a mile because that's all there was.
