I have Kali running in WSL. I like it but it's Debian with pentest tools 
conveniently packaged. Most of the rest are Debian based, or one step 
removed Ubuntu. EndeavourOS is Arch based and the Arch wiki claims 
politics aren't involved only technical merits. I'm not sure about EasyOS.

Does the one drop rule apply to Linux distros?
