There is a nice photo that looks remarkably like what I just ate. 

I streamline the process by putting the hocks, sauerkraut, juniper 
berries, and cloves in a dutch oven and throwing it in the over for a few 
hours. I could only find frozen hocks but that worked out.

When I go ethnic, I go for MY ethnic, not a H-1B substitute.
