It depends on one's level of > knowledge and level of courage. > Doesn’t look particularly dangerous though probably tedious, while I can and do ride in similar situations and did lot of the Embankment was like this pre segregation, ie busy stop start traffic and so on, the bike lane is much more chilled experience, but being a confident and fast cyclist I used it pre segregation,and wasn’t concerned about risks, though clearly they are now lower. But yes broadly speaking that sort of roads are rideable by some cyclists though tends to be fairly narrow type. Roger Merriman
