That’s well Politics, ie that gig economics means folks aren’t being paid
minimum wages.

Kinda surprised that France hasn’t attempted to close that loophole, UK
government is supposed to be closing that gap at some point.

They are related to E bikes and illegal ie essentially a moped without the
insurance/licence and so on.
