26 bikes are really uncommon bar for the supermarket/Amazon stuff, tyres
the premium end has dropped out of the market, ie can get tyres for city
riding or park stuff or riding fire roads and the like.

For folks using the MTB in its element noting that 26inch MTB where sold
until 10 ish years ago? The choice is much more limited if any choice at
all.

If you have a 90’s MTB it’s fine can get some smoke and dart jobs done, got
an older Trance or similar your likely to have to make compromises which is
definitely sub par.
