Plus the mixed rotor sizes which perhaps makes more sense on a road bike though different rotors will give a difference feel to the levers so considering the tiny bit of weight difference between a 140mm and 160mm rotor doesn’t seem worth it. Tax would be your government rather than EBay, in uk in general it’s not taxed as such though if your business is selling 2nd goods and services the yes. Roger Merriman
